We bought a Sierra Fifth Wheel, Forest River in 2021 and we have been delighted with it and the help they extended to us in learning how to empty the holding tanks, winterize and restore it for use. We needed a lot of help and guidance as we never had this kind of trailer before, and they responded in a timely way to all our calls. One of the toilets leaked and could not be repaired and, as we took out insurance, it cost us nothing and they were out to replace it in a day. All the people who we dealt with were friendly and personable. - Marcia
My contact person could not have been more helpful. He did not, like other places make me jump through hoops for warranty info and checked unit out. He stressed it for a week, it ran fine. So, he called, and I picked up. Plugged in at home and it is still ok. Will reinstall in boat this spring and hopefully it was just a fluke and will run ok there also. We could not be happier with our experience in purchasing our 2022 Rockwood Fifth Wheel at Wakley's. From our initial contact via email, our salesperson, Steve answered all of our many questions promptly. Brett was great to work with on our financing of the unit. Tiffany was very kind when calling for additional information needed. Josh did a wonderful job with an extensive walk through, showing us everything we needed to know. And Rob and Andrew rock! They delivered our unit and were so patient about getting the camper in just the right spot at our campground. Outstandingly good service! My RV door latch broke on a Sunday afternoon while I was traveling in my motorhome. On Monday morning, I called several RV shops, only to be told it would be a week or more before they could fix it. I called Wakley's and they told me to bring it in, and they would work me in. I arrived around 12:30 and they finished before 2:00pm! Roger did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased. - Dave
