 Dear Ray,

We want to express out thanks and appreciation for all you did during out recent purchase of an RV at your store.We especially want to thank you for taking care of the damage done after the unfortunate car accident that happen during our test drive. We are so happy that we chose to purchase an RV from you, as it is not every day that we are treated with such kindness and goodwill.

We also want you to know that it was such a pleasure working with Paul. His patience with all of our questions, his honesty and his interest in our welfare was so appreciated. You have a good man there working for you. Aaron was so helpfull too, as he went through all the ropes with us. He also was so patient and kind in helping us to understand the inner workings of such a beast. Joe and John were great too. We just can't say enough about everyone who helped and talked to us.

Please know that we will be recommending you to anyone we encounter who is interested in buying an RV. Your honesty and genuine concern in the first-of-a-kind purchase for us went along way in helping us to feel at ease and to be confidentin in our "big step".

Ray: I am for the first time writing a Thank You to a dealership for a vehicle I purchased.

#1. The motorhome was everything you said it was. We just returned from Texas and some shorter trips with no problems at all.

#2. Your service nmanager is one of the most thoughtful persons I have met. He took the time to mail me the service manual for my motorhome. This will aid me in the upkeep of this equipment.

My only regret is that I don't live closer to North East so I could have my vehicle serviced there.

Again, thanks to you and your staff for outstanding service.
