CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT

Minimum deposit of $250 for ONE WEEK RENTAL and $500 for TWO WEEK RENTALis required to confirm reservation. This confirmation deposit will be applied to the total tour charge. Balance of tour charge, including estimated mileage is due on the day of departure with cash, money order, bank cashiers check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. In case of cancellation, 50% of confirmation deposit is forfeited immediately. 100% is forfeited if canceled within 30 days of scheduled departure. Refunds are the sole discretion of Wakley's RV Center.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $500.00 CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY is required on day of departure. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of return, providing the unit is returned in the same condition as departure.

Ray Wakley's RV Center reserves the right to change subject matter, prices and actual rental unit without obligation or notification. Ray Wakley's RV center has the right to refuse any applicant.

I have read the following information, and understand that if I do not bring the rental back in the same condition that I received it, there could be a charge.

Motorhome Rental Program Terms & Conditions

Reservations: One-week rental requires a $250.00 deposit. Two or more week rentals require a $500.00 deposit. This deposit is due on the day of reservation, and is applied to total tour charge. To confirm your reservation we will accept cash, travelers check, bank cashiers check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

Cancellations: In case of cancellation. 50% of reservation deposit is forfeited immediately. 100% of deposit is forfeited if tour is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled departure. Funds from cancelled trip can be used for future trip. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Wakley RV Center.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500.00 is required on the day of departure and will be refunded within 7 business days, providing rental unit is returned in the same condition as departure.

Driving Requirements: The rental unit will be operated by a licensed and qualified driver with a valid licence and be at least 25 years of age to rent. Renters are responsible for all traffic and parking violations or tickets. All qualified drivers who may be operating this vehicle must be listed on face of rental agreement and only those drivers may operate the vehicle. A copy of the current driver's licence will be required on day of departure.

Familiarization - Walk Thru: A walk thru of the motor home is required to familiarize the leasee with the overall operation of the vehicle before departure. Arrangements can be made during business hours, to conduct the walk thru that is convenient with the renter. A test drive of the unit can also be givin at this time. By signing below, you are verifying that you understand all operations of the motor home.

Generator Usage: A $5.00 per hour charge will be assessed for all generatorusage. Hour meter will be checked upon departure and return

Insurance: Ray Wakley Car Care & RV Center provides primary insurance coverage at no charge to our customer; however, our policy does have a $500.00 deductible, which the leasee is liable for. The liability insurance is the PA state minimum only. Public Liability $15,000/$30,000 and property damage of $5,000. Our insurance company does insist that the leasee is at least 25 years of age and also requires us to obtain a photo copy of the leasee's driver's license and insurance card. It is recommended that you check with your insurance carrier for any additional coverage's.

Motor Home Return: The Motor Home must be returned on time to avoid late charges. The late charge is $50.00/hour. Remember it must be serviced, cleaned and sanitized for the next renter who is planning to start his/her vacation as scheduled.Renter agrees that the unit will be returned in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear). A minimum fee could be charged if interior and exterior of the vehicle is not returned in respectable condition.Damage or loss of equipment will be paid by the leasee. Holding tanks are to be dumped and flushed clean. However, we will dump holding tanks anf fill propane is you wish for the normal fee

Vacation Interruption and or Emergency: If a mechanical breakdown should occur, any repair up to $50.00 can be done without approval by obtaining a receipt from the repair facility. We will reimburse leasee for expense with copy of paid receipt. All amounts above $50.00 require authorization by phone from Wakley's RV Center. Refunds will not be made without a receipt. Any breakdown requiring the vehicle to be in a repair center for more than 12 hours, Wakley's agrees to pay expenses of up to $25.00 per person per day for lodging and $25.00 per day for transportaion if needed. A limit of $500.00 per tour applies and this plan is not vaild in case of an accident. In the event of an accident, you must notify Wakley's RV Center within 24 hours and make a follow up report in writing, for our insurance.

Restricted AreasHeading to New York City, motor homes with flammable compressed gas tanks are restricted from entering and exiting New York City via Lincoln and Holland Tunnels and the lower level of the George Washington Stanton Island (outer bridge, Bayonne and Goethais) For further information call 1-800-221-9903 Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm. Mexico:Vehicles are not permitted into Mexico without prior approval. Entry in Mexico without authorization and proper insurance could subject vehicle and contents to impoundment. Canada:Prior authorization must be given before entering Canada. A special insurance card must be given to leasee before departing from Wakley's RV Center.

Ray Wakley's RV Center reserves the right to substitute motor homes of like model and age.
