Lifetime RV Collision Repair Warranty
Ray Wakley's Car Car and RV Center warrants to the vehicle owner shown below that it will either repair or replace, at its option, any area of said vehicle in which RW CC & RV has participated in a collision repair service.
This warranty covers the cost of repair at RW CC & RV
Ray Wakley's Car Car and RV Center warrants and agrees to perform repairs which service to restore the damaged vehicle to its pre-loss condition relative to safety, function, and appearance. Also, further agrees to warrant workmanship to commercially acceptable condition, for as long as you own the vehicle.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Cosmetic or surface corrosion resulting from stone chips, scratches, or other causes
- Damage due to alteration, accidents, or objects striking the panel
- Damage from the environment, airborne fallout (chemicals, acid rain, etc.), solvents, or cleaning or polishing materials
- Loss of time or use, inconvenience, or other economic loss
- Paint adhesion on non-OEM plastic body parts
- The fit or appearance or non-OEM parts
- Rust Repair
The dealer must be furnished with the owner's original sales slip and/or repair order, this warranty (properly completed), and personal identification establishing eligibility
